Offshore Wind Activities in Northeast/Mid-Atlantic States

In June 2021, Commission Chair Senator David Watters asked the New Hampshire Senate Research Office to compile information on state legislation and policies dealing with offshore wind energy in seven Northeastern states, including, New Hampshire , Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
